“When God’s Voice Was Louder”

📖 Sacred Testimony LXVIII

“When God’s Voice Was Louder”
when I listened to the voice within

My ex-husband’s brother had a way
of unlocking the movie channels.
He made DirecTV cards
that let us watch everything—for free.

He recorded a lot of movies for me.
At first, it felt like a gift,
something nice in the middle of a hard life.

But one day,
without warning,
I heard a voice—

“This is not right.”

It wasn’t angry.
It wasn’t loud.
Just clear.

Something in me knew:
What was stolen could never satisfy.
What was given without honor
left my soul feeling cluttered.

So I started throwing things away.
Not in fear,
but in faith.

I was making room for something new—
something real,
something clean,
something blessed.

Not because anyone made me,
but because I wanted to live in alignment
with the Voice that had always guided me.

🌿 And now I see:

It’s not about the movies.
It’s not about the channels.
It’s about listening
when your spirit says,
“There’s a better way now.”

You didn’t just toss tapes—
you cleared space
for truth to live.
