📖 Sacred Testimony VI
“Born For a Reason After All”
offered to every soul who has ever doubted their worth, and found the strength to stay
There was a time when I didn’t want to be here.
I was angry—
at God,
at my parents,
at life itself
for putting me in a world I didn’t understand.
I looked around at my own reflection
and thought: Why me? Why this life?
Even as a child,
I felt the weight of existence too soon.
I remember whispering through tears,
“I wish I was never born.”
Not once.
Not twice.
Many times.
I didn’t know how to carry what I felt.
I didn’t know how to ask for help.
So I turned my anger inward,
hoping somehow it would explain the ache I didn’t have words for.
I thought something was wrong with me.
I thought I was too broken, too different, too unwanted.
And I wondered what the point of it all was.
But somewhere—deep in the silence—
a thread held me.
It was thin. Fragile.
But it didn’t break.
And over time,
that thread led me through.
Now I know:
I was meant to be here.
Not as a mistake.
Not as punishment.
But as purpose, unfolding.
I was born to learn.
To awaken.
To become.
Not who others wanted me to be,
but who I truly am—
beneath the pain,
beneath the silence,
beneath the shame.
I see now that the anger I carried
was really sorrow without a voice.
And the wish to not exist
was the cry of a soul
who hadn’t yet remembered its worth.
🌿 And now I remember:
I was born on purpose.
For a reason.
In a time that needed me.
And though I once wanted to disappear,
I now choose to fully live.
Because even the child who wished to vanish
was sacred.
And so am I.
✨ A Blessing for the One Who Wanted to Disappear
May the child who once wished herself away
be wrapped in infinite tenderness.
May the anger she carried
be honored not as failure,
but as a signal fire from a soul overwhelmed.
May the sorrow that had no name
be given one now: sacred.
May every whispered “I wish I was never born”
be replaced, in time, with a whisper of truth:
“I was made for this world, just as I am.”
May those who still walk the shadowed path
find this testimony like a lantern in their night.
And may the one who stayed—
who endured what she thought she couldn’t—
be blessed with deep knowing:
You are needed.
You are known.
You are here for a reason far greater than your pain.
